ARIES (Mar 21-Apr 20) – The stickiness of the Mars Saturn conjunction can make you feel like you are driving a car with the brakes on. It is hard to get going and then hard to stop if you do get going. The New Moon on Monday brought a clean-up crew into your house of work, health and service. Turn over a new leaf in your work or health habits, especially in regards codependencies. Expect obstacles to arise in the beginning of the week, if you have started a romance recently.

TAURUS (Apr 20-May 21) – Relationship excitement recently might give way to frustration this week, as roadblocks arise. The way forward will take persistence, be patient. Having just come off that beautiful Venus/Jupiter conjunction though, there should be some residual abundant feelings of love and togetherness that will help you through. The New Moon two days ago begins a month of involvement with children, affairs of the heart or creative endeavors; watch being over critical.

GEMINI (May 21- Jun 21) – Mercury is not as busy this week, thank goodness; but the winged messenger was involved with Chiron at the New Moon two days ago. The words you speak can wound or heal. Watch projecting your own unresolved childhood issues onto another. You might not have a clear sense of where you are going this week or might have to say goodbye to someone, but it is for your own sense of wholeness.  You are in a better position than it seems.

CANCER (Jun 21-Aug 20) – As the week begins you may feel some pressure to spend more money on a child or romantic partner than you really want. There was a New Moon on Monday which begins renewed energy for local affairs in your neighborhood or with your close relatives. You might be contemplating a trip, or a new course of study but the details are not jelling.  Wait until after the weekend.

LEO (Aug 20-Sep 21) – The warm, romantic, social or celebratory feelings can carry over as this week begins with the New Moon in your money, earned income, value and resources area of life. Some attention and thought should be made in this area. Be careful of dubious claims in financial matters. Investments might not be what they seem to be. 

VIRGO (Sep 21-Oct 20) – A personal new beginning is in the cards for you this week. Rather than focusing on anyone else you should be focusing on your interests and what you want out of life. You are not meant to understand your partner; they do not even understand themselves right now. Be careful with your words and notice the effect they have. 

LIBRA (Sep 21-Oct 20) – Venus, your ruler is bombarded by both Mars and Saturn this week, identifying a time when love comes at a cost. If you are sure it is the real thing then by all means go ahead; but they might just be too unpredictable for you. It is time for a retreat into your private world for some R&R and to think things through.

SCORPIO (Oct 20-Nov 21) – There is a debate going on inside you this week; either resentment about an increased work load, drudgery and/or responsibility or an increase in passion and focus firing up your ambition for the long haul fulfillment of your goals. Friends can help you steer your boat in the right direction. Empty nest syndrome anyone?

SAGITTARIUS (Nov 21-Dec 21) – Are you longing for clarity? Maybe the way forward is to just expand your philosophy of life to include the reality of the “grey”, neither the black nor the white and the “imperfection” of the “perfection” it all.  Your career takes center stage this week but doubts remain. Home life is also feeling a bit unsecure. Your strength is in delving into your unconscious motivation. Meditation and yoga will help.

CAPRICORN (Dec 21-Jan 20) – Mars and Venus the planets of love and desire ran into Saturn this week and maybe you had to end things with a friend. It is either the end or the beginning of a beautiful friendship. If it began in April 2013 then you are at a decision point. Saturn wants a commitment, but the details are fuzzy. Sometimes you just have to wait; plan a trip with like minded spiritual people for a conference in the mean time.

AQUARIUS (Jan 20-Feb 20) – Hopefully the beautiful conjunction of Venus and Jupiter in the house of the public and your partners last week has brought you into the limelight. You might have to make a decision between a relationship/partner and your career this week; or maybe you are thinking of bringing someone into your company. Just be careful about financial arrangements until after the weekend. Parental responsibilities over the weekend could weigh you down

PISCES (Feb 20-Mar 21) – “Life can only be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards.” Soren Kierkegaard. Pisces, the sign of the two fishes each moving in opposite directions understand and live this quote inherently. Pleasant and jovial conditions at work last week have lead to a New Moon in your public/partnership sector. You are a mystery to yourself just now. Perhaps you will attract someone this week who shares your vision.

ARIES (Mar 21-Apr 20) – We are in the last quarter of the Sun and Moon cycle this week when affairs take a more relaxed mood, waiting for the New Moon on Monday, which begins a new cycle.  Both the Moon and Sun change signs on Friday in preparation for the new beginning next week, which also has a stimulating and unpredictable Mars Uranus aspect, so be careful of taking any reckless or restless action. Wait.

TAURUS (Apr 20-May 21) – As the week begins and your ruler connects with Pluto you may feel you are making more adjustments in relationships or financial matters than you should be making. Your mood will change Friday into the weekend as the Sun and Moon are changing signs in preparation for the New Moon on Monday. Something/somebody exciting is stirring you up Sunday and Monday. Be open to the new and perhaps unconventional.

GEMINI (May 21-Jun 21) – Mercury your ruler is strong in Virgo and very busy again this week. Firstly connecting with Pluto, then Venus, then Uranus, then Mars, then Saturn as the New Moon unfolds on Monday. Your thoughts and mental adjustments will go from intense psychological analyzing to knowing the right thing to say on Friday, to a nervousness and irritability yet with physical and mental dexterity on Sunday (when playing a sport is favored), to having a good amount of mental focus for paperwork as the work week and the New Moon begin on Monday. 

CANCER (Jun 21-Jul 20) – The Moon is in your as the week begins; you will feel emotionally strong. Share those feelings but be careful of feeling the need to be defensive about having them. Thursday morning you will have the surety to act on those feelings even though later in the morning your mood shifts to one of more restlessness. Patience returns by the afternoon. The Moon stays in Cancer until 4:50 PM on Friday and so ends your monthly 2 ½ days of permission to be yourself with all its accompanying blood, sweat and tears.

LEO (Jul 20- Aug 20) – You are in the last days of the Sun’s passage through your sign. When you wake up Saturday morning you will feel the Sun’s apparent shift into Virgo where for the next month the income, values, possessions and resources area of your life will be the focus. This week is the Balsamic Moon phase of the month when the excitement and potential so evident at the New Moon has passed, the harvest time too has come and gone and now we are into the ending part of the cycle.  Always best not to initiate things during this part of the cycle but wait until after the New Moon on Monday. 

VIRGO (Aug 20-Sep 21) – The Sun apparently (from Earth’s perspective) begins to pass in front of the zodiacal sign Virgo 12:46 AM Saturday morning. The Moon enters Virgo 5:33 AM on Monday. When the two conjoin we have a New Moon, the beginning of a new solar/lunar cycle.  All Virgos will slowly begin to feel empowered, as you reassess and analyze the past month this week, before implementation next week. Your analytical skills are strong and you have invisible help. 

LIBRA (Sep 21-Oct 20) – The North Node is in your sign and has been since the end of February. There is an important relationship, that has come or has yet to come, into your life between last winter and when the North node leaves Libra a year from now. The North Node is actually an astronomical point where the orbits of the Sun (apparent), Earth and the Moon meet, uniquely in Libra every 18 years.  You can use this analogy to understand how important this connection you have made or will make is. The unique timing for Libras now has brought you a person who will lead you forward into the future and from whom you will gain and be nourished by. Recognize him/her or watch for her/him.

SCORPIO (Oct 20-Nov 21) – As we have said before Scorpios have it hard these days. There has been the doldrums then back stepping for months, accompanied by death, emotional crisis, financial difficulties, power struggles, sexual passion, control issues, breakups, psychological breakdowns and breakthroughs. The solution is through learning how to let go and let god.  Monday with the New Moon comes a conjunction of Mars and Saturn; another “mini death” which is followed by a new beginning which will take all the persistence and effort you have inside. You will be working hard.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov 21-Dec 21) –You should be really engaged in your new adventure-or maybe the engagement this week is in the anticipation of this new expansion. Your sign needs to find meaning in life or at least to have a philosophy to live by, in order to feel warm, generous and confident, which you should be feeling Saturday morning. Wait to take any action until after the New Moon on Monday. You are at the apex of the year now, where you seemingly are on top of the mountain-in command of your life and very visible.

CAPRICORN (Dec 21-Jan 21) – This week is the end of the monthly cycle, when energy is waning, getting ready for the New Moon on Monday. Accompanying this New Moon is a conjunction of Mars with Saturn in Scorpio. In Medieval days that combination portended a death. In today’s more psychological approach it can come to mean an interruption of work for some reason, or as it is the conjunction of two planets, a new beginning in work with a group of people or on a long held dream which looks to finally manifest. Wait until after the New Moon before committing as you need Mars to have passed Saturn before the energy flips to be productive and expansive instead of meeting a roadblock. Timing is everything.

AQUARIUS (Jan 21-Feb 20) – It is about your partner this week and acknowledging the joy he/she brings. This can be shown by the joy that comes when you spend time together doing the simple things, movies and an ice cream cone, for instance. These simple pleasures with your spouse can balance the frustrations you may be feeling at work this week. It is about integrating the perceptions that the month has been about as it winds down and we move into the New Moon on Monday. If you feel tired no worries energy is waning. 

PISCES (Feb 20-Mar 21) – As the Sun enters Virgo on Friday and your 7th house of partners you will notice that the day to day grind and health issues you have been focusing on this past month will fade. You are about to get noticed for your hard work and are ready to be “seen in public”.  Watch a tendency to feel sorry for yourself.  You are very sensitive these days and can take everything personally when nothing should be taken personally.

ARIES (Mar 21-Apr 20) –You’ll be raring to go today as the Moon is in your sign this morning; no more sleepy dreamy days for you!  If you like sudden excitement you’ll have it Thursday morning as the Moon conjoins Uranus in your sign. Expect to be a little headstrong until Friday morning when the Moon changes signs and more stabilizing occurs. 

TAURUS (Apr 20-May 21) – Venus entered Leo yesterday putting you in a more fun frame of mind, no more staying at home cooking, but party-time! The Moon enters your sign Friday at noon, which always makes one feel secure. Get some housework done Saturday morning so you do not get into an argument and watch Sunday and Monday for love, generosity, riches and luxury to flourish in your home/land/family life. It is a good time to buy a home or land. Feel blessed.

GEMINI (May 21-Jun 21) – Mercury is active this week as the winged messenger meets Pluto today, making you slightly suspicious of someone trying to pull a fast one over on you. Friday lunchtime Mercury changes signs moving into Virgo, making you more detailed, critical, judgmental, discriminating and more work orientated than you have been in awhile. The fast pace proceeds on Saturday when Mercury meets Uranus and words can be upsetting or something someone said makes your nervous. Watch the caffeine intake. The Moon moves into Gemini Sunday evening making you chatty. Mercury, your ruler, meets Neptune Monday evening when communications can either be very fanciful or very confusing and Jupiter on Tuesday morning the 19th when you see the positive side of things. Mentally exhausted?

CANCER (Jun 21-Jul 20) – Your moods change like the tides no less so this week than any other. As the week begins you are ready to start a new adventure with happiness, hope and excitement especially Thursday noon (the excitement part anyway).  Your mood switches to a calm containment, less pushiness Friday noon. Be careful of someone trying to get you upset Saturday morning, better go off to a yoga class. Watch some fear coming up Sunday evening. Lighten up when your ruler moves into intellectual Gemini Sunday evening.  Something very financially rewarding is brewing. Just be careful of over sending.

LEO (Jul 20-Aug 21) – How lucky are you with the two benefic planets Venus, love, money and values meeting the planet of abundance, Jupiter, in Leo early Monday morning?  Leos have it all-for one thing everyone wants to have a party for your birthday-and this year’s will be a dozy. If you do not understand the Law of Abundance you will this year. The best of Leo is a heartfelt generosity. One of the reasons that Secretariat won the Triple Crown was because his heart was actually two to three quarters times larger than the average horse’s heart. Having been given a lot you also must be generous to keep the ever present fountain of love, money and creativity flowing. 

VIRGO (Aug 21-Sep 21) – A restless week is in store for you. After the Sun superior conjunction to Mercury on the 8th, your ruler is moving ahead quickly. You will be more centered on your purpose and life goals with the necessary focus needed to fulfill your goals, after Friday noon when your ruler Mercury moves into your sign. The whole purpose of the Mercury cycle is to get your thinking in line with your purpose and less focused on extraneous counterproductive notions. A more discriminating approach with a sudden intuitive flash comes perhaps through your dreams Saturday morning. Write them down when you wake.

LIBRA (Sep 21-Oct 20) – Venus, your planetary ruler, is in royal Leo now. This fact combined with the week being the time of the month when you are the most social and Venus, Goddess of Love, contacting the planet of abundance early Sunday morning, in your house of friendships, clubs or organizations you belong to and your hopes and wishes, makes this time period full of feelings of gratitude for all the blessings you have. You can also expect to feel engaged with the outside world and perhaps receive a promotion or raise.

SCORPIO (Oct 20-Nov 21) – Mars is in your sign at long last out of indecisive Libra. But he is fast approaching first the planet of impulsiveness, then the one about hard work, delay, frustration, responsibility and obstacles. There is something you are about to undertake which is of a long term duration, which has the potential to change your life completely. You might be aware of this possible opportunity sometime this weekend. Be aware, however, that the opportunity will go through some testing and adjustments will be made.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov 21-Dec 21) – One of the nicest times of the year is the conjunction of your ruler and Venus. This year it falls on Monday in the sign Leo and will color the whole year, until the next conjunction next summer. Your 9th house of foreign affairs, higher education, law, publishing, extending your influence and religion is highlighted. Expect to fall in love with an educational course, a foreign place traveled, a foreigner, a new resource for publications or a renewed spiritual undertaking. Kirpalu anyone?  You might just fall in love. 

CAPRICORN (Dec 21-Jan 20) – The doldrums are over and Father Time has risen from his slumber. The inner work you have been doing since March, when your outer life became rather stuck in the mud, will begin to pay off this week as Saturn actually moves into a new degree. You are still passing over old ground, concerning what you want in life-your hopes and wishes-maybe first identified in the beginning of December, then again in June and now this week for the last time. The universe cannot bring you what you want unless you identify how it looks. You have until the end of October to do this, so no pressure.  

AQUARIUS (Jan 20-Feb 19) – Saturn, the ruler of the status quo is your planetary ruler along with Uranus the planet of upsets. So you are ruled by both these very opposite energies. They have been in an uncomfortable geometric pattern all summer-cannot go forward and cannot go back. If you do not understand what I am saying then watch how you feel Thursday midday, Saturday afternoon and middle of the night Tuesday morning (useless unless you are a night owl). The good news is that relief is coming as Saturn moving forward and Uranus apparently moving backwards are separating. 

 

PISCES (Feb 19-Mar 21) – Always the last Pisces but never the least, you too can enjoy the benefits of the annual conjunction of Jupiter and Venus. Is there someone at work whom you are attracted to? You will find it easier to talk to him/her after Mercury enters your opposite sign Virgo. Use your inherent wisdom to overcome the strife and power plays around you towards the end of the week, Monday and Tuesday.

ARIES (Mar 21-Apr 20) – Leading up to the Full Moon on Sunday the 10th there is an increase in activity; watch all your affairs escalate to a fevered pitch.  It is also a Super Moon; the Moon is at a point in its orbit closest to the Earth, which becomes a powerful force for major realizations, as the gravitational pull is more strongly felt on the water bodies. Your ruler Mars has entered Scorpio and ignited your 8th house of fiscal matters and crises either on the physical or psychological or spiritual level. Your urge to delve deeper is warranted. 

TAURUS (Apr 20-May 20) – Mars is igniting your 7th house of business or personal partners-this can manifest as your partner being in an argumentative mood. This will be felt strongly as we move into the Super Full Moon period on Sunday the 10th, when the stronger gravitational pull will be felt on the tides. You might be feeling like you are locked in a vice grip with no place to turn. What are you afraid of?

GEMINI (May 20-Jun 21) – Your ruler Mercury connects to the Sun on Friday the 8th just before the Super Full Moon on Sunday. Your mental clarity and abilities are at peak this week so you should be deciding all your future educational or travel plans. Do not let the Full Moon disappoint you, it is not supposed to be all a cakewalk.

CANCER (Jun 21-Jul 20) – Your Moon ruler comes to a point closest to the earth at this Full Moon on Sunday the 10th, making it a “Super Moon”  (one of 5 this year). The electromagnetic and gravitational pulls increase both physically on the Earth and on our emotional bodies, creating more of a push to shift our consciousness.  You get pulled in two directions, towards more individual expression and yet a need for more collaboration. Saturn the planet of responsibility and boundaries intercedes, pressuring you to commit, prioritize and dedicate yourself to your long term goals. Saturn is in your corner.

LEO (Jul 20-Aug 20) – This is the week leading up to the Full Moon on Sunday the 10th. The Sun is in your sign, the Moon in the opposite, Aquarius. You will be pulled in 2 directions with each end of the see saw demanding focus; the individual vs. the collective-where will both sides be satisfied? Saturn is straddling between, firstly forcing you to settle boundaries then onto self discipline and focus. It might be hard to feel any sense of accomplishment though.

VIRGO (Aug 20-Sep 21) – Mercury and the Sun connect on Friday the 8th and they are in trine to Uranus the planet of the quick. Expect sudden new inspirations or creative impulses just before the Full Moon on Sunday the 10th. It is a Super Full Moon; the Moon close to the Earth as she gets, and will emotionally tug on you as well as the tides. Do not be critical of your new brainstorm, or let outworn thought patterns and criticisms intrude. Nothing in nature stays the same, why should you?

LIBRA (Sep 21-Oct 20) – Venus your ruling planet changes signs and moves into Leo early morning on the 12th. Use this week with your ruler Venus in Cancer, the homebody sign, to finish any familial or household matters that need attending to. This past month you may have received a promotion, been rewarded in another way or your status or reputation might have altered for the better. You also may be just pleasantly pleased with how your career is going.  After the 12th, situations with relations will get more dramatic; enjoy your friendships.

SCORPIO (Oct 20-Nov 21) – As Mars rides into Scorpio you will need to have a physical outlet, take a yoga class and see where it leads. The whole thrust of these 2 ½ years, with the planet of discipline and responsibility in Scorpio, is on how you are expressing yourself in the world. You will be pressured to define yourself more succinctly.  With the Super Full Moon on Sunday you will feel this pressure building as you are about to embark on a new 2 year plan, release the old distractions in preparation for a commitment to the essential. 

SAGITTARIUS (Nov 21-Dec 21) – With the Moon in your sign as the week begins you should feel very outgoing and confident, perhaps wanting a new adventure especially as we move into the Full Moon on the 10th. Keep your mind open now and watch for solutions to long term problems just appear out of nowhere, maybe as you remember your dreams upon awakening. The gods are speaking to you.

CAPRICORN (Dec 21-Jan 20) – Saturn the Lord of Karma and your ruling planet is involved in this Super Full Moon on the 10th, making you very aware that time is marching on. You may feel defensive or depressed that you have hit a brick wall in regards some financial/income matter. Full Moons bring affairs to a head, if you have extended you tax filing it is time to bite the bullet and pay up. 

AQUARIUS (Jan 20-Feb 20) – The Moon is in your sign staring Saturday morning as we move into the Super Full Moon on Sunday the 10th. You are doing battle with two opposing points of view, perhaps wanting the family all to see things your way. Expect disappointments, stalling measures or avoidance tactics that prevent resolution. There are times when your partner is right and you can let go of being the maverick.

PISCES (Feb 20-Mar 21) –Just after the Super Full Moon on Sunday the 10th, the Moon moves into Pisces. By Monday evening when the Moon connects with Neptune and the wounded healer, you will be the source for the soothing spiritual comfort that can heal the trouble stirred up around you, by that Full Moon in fixed signs-signs that resist change. Being adaptable and compassionate you can go with the flow and help others not so fortunate.
